"We at Procter & Gamble would like to say congratulations on the fine work of the Executive Service Corps of Cincinnati (ESCC). Your organization is a very unique organization. Not only do you provide direct support to nonprofit organizations, you assist the Funding community in assuring that the funds given to other nonprofits go farther and accomplish a higher level of service. We feel the support that The P&G Fund has provided to the Executive Service Corps of Cincinnati continues to be leveraged many times in real community impact. The consulting provided by the volunteers of the ESCC is top quality, due to the fact that they are drawing on a lifetime of practical business experience. We wish every organization that The P&G Fund supports would use the Executive Service Corps of Cincinnati to increase their overall effectiveness and efficiency, thus placing them one step closer towards achieving their mission. "Procter & Gamble looks forward to a long relationship with the Executive Service Corps of Cincinnati and would encourage other corporate sponsors, community funders and nonprofit organizations to build strong ties with ESCC as well." Robert Killins, Jr. Supervisor, Corporate Contributions & Community Relations Procter & Gamble Company
"We would like to express our deepest appreciation to the outstanding work provided by The Executive Service Corps in helping us in meeting the needs of our community. The professionalism, attention to detail, very personal interest and time that ESCC has given us has resulted in two strategic business plans over the past two years, and the development of a program of CQI, which has permitted us to perform in a much more efficient and effective manner. The competency and support ESCC has provided have been invaluable. We look forward to a very fruitful and continuing relationship with ESCC." Warren C. Falberg President & CEO The Visiting Nurse Association
"We cannot thank you enough for the help we have received over the past two years from your organization. We are at long last realizing our dream of opening The Saint Vincent de Paul Community Pharmacy in Northern Kentucky. We could not have made it to "Opening Day" without the expertise of all the incredible men that were assigned to us. We are deeply indebted ESCC. "In the fall of 1999 we were in need of assistance and we received a referral to ESCC. We attended your "Nonprofit Start up Seminar" and realized that we desperately needed the kind of help your organization provides for nonprofit organizations. We are merely two pharmacists who were provided an amazing opportunity to use our education and training to serve individuals and families who fall on hard times as well as the poorest of the poor. As retail pharmacists, we knew the need is tremendous. It did not take us long to discover that one cannot simply open a charitable pharmacy and commence to dispense free medication. Ron Koelle was assigned to our case. What an amazing man! He helped us to organize our Board of Directors (he even attended our 7:30 am board meetings those first few months). Next, he enlisted the others to help us with the following: Business plan and budget preparation, Operations and Procedure manual, Development Committee organization, Training Procedures and much more. He has even offered assistance with our Grand Opening plans. "The dedication of this group of men and women is unlike anything we have encountered on this journey of ours. "Again we thank you from the bottoms of our hearts." Rosana Aydt & Mary Beth Beimesch Co-Founders of the St. Vincent DePaul Community Pharmacy of Northern Kentucky |
