People, Partnering and the Personal Touch

A strategic vision for 2010-11

Mission: to help nonprofits achieve their missions by providing high quality, affordable consulting services.

By remaining true to our mission, ESCC is moving forward with a confident vision and strong goals. We are very excited to share the vision that will help take ESCC to the next level. More volunteers. More projects. More service hours.

These are ambitious goals. How will we reach them? By focusing on helping our clients meet their missions as efficiently  as possible.

This vision will help us apply nonprofit best practices to our own processes. It will also help nonprofits increase their capacity, efficiency and sustainability. Together, we can have a major impact throughout the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area.

Executive Director/CEO

"Over the past year ESCC has helped the District save nearly $3M a year in operating expenses. Going forward we expect even more savings, better service, and greater effectiveness and efficiencies.ESCC's success stems from its unique ability to foster volunteers who combine executive and industry experience. In addition to providing leadership their specific knowledge of best-practice policies and procedures are invaluable. P&G's support and funding of these efforts is a wonderful example of how our private industries have stepped up to help education in Cincinnati."
Terry Elfers, COO, Cincinnati Public Schools

“ESCC helps increase the capacity of the entire Greater Cincinnati /Northern Kentucky nonprofit sector by helping nonprofit organizations in this area meet their missions more effectively and efficiently.”
Tim Maloney, President, The Carol Ann and Ralph V. Haile, Jr./US Bank Foundation

“Volunteering with ESCC  gives me a feeling of satisfaction to help those that help others.   It has opened up an entirely different world than I experienced in my 34 years with P&G.  It’s been both challenging and energizing to work in a completely different environment.”
Steve Werenski,ESCC volunteer consultant since 2002
