About ESCC

Executive Service Corps of Cincinnati (ESCC) is a nonprofit organization that provides high-quality, affordable consulting services, resources and mentors to nonprofits that are facing critical organizational issues.

We strongly believe the financial health and survival of the entire nonprofit sector depends on its ability to build capacity. To survive, nonprofits must learn how to apply best practices, conduct rigorous financial reviews and diversify their sources of revenue. By providing our services to other nonprofit organizations, we help others help themselves.Man_outside.jpg

Our organization is powered by the tremendous energy of more than 100 retired and working business professionals who serve as volunteer consultants. These men and women are committed to helping public service organizations more effectively serve their constituents. They are valuable because they bring years of experiences and skills they used in building and leading successful organizations to our clients.

We help nonprofits as diverse as those working to eradicate poverty, make the arts accessible, develop affordable housing, provide social services, improve employment and education opportunities, and increase access to health care.

We are available to the nonprofit community throughout the Greater Cincinnati area, including Butler, Clermont, Hamilton, and Warren Counties in Ohio; Boone, Campbell and Kenton Counties in Northern Kentucky; and parts of Dearborn and Franklin Counties in Indiana.
